Staff logs the queue entry

Details go into Spindle in under a minute, and the customer joins the live queue.

A machine gets assigned

The next open washer is matched to the load, and the machine board switches to "Washing."

Step 4

Pickup adds loyalty points

Marking a load picked up closes the queue entry and credits the customer's loyalty tier automatically.
